Poundon is simply exquisite - real, old England with warmth, beauty and totally unspoilt - a balance so rarely found.
The rooms absorbed us, the terrace welcomed us, and the walk along the path amongst the mature gardens, romanced us.
All of this we simply adored, and continue to reflect on how lucky we were to find such an intimate yet flexible place, for our wedding day.

All of our guests commented on how lucky we were to have found such a beautiful, intimate place for our wedding.
The Dining room was truly a lovely room to have the ceremony, and drinks on the terrace both before and after the ceremony,
were a perfect time to take in the lovely views and atmosphere.
And as to the marquee, we honestly could not have imagined it looking so beautiful, and in such a gorgeous setting.

Poundon House is truly beautiful - the perfect setting for the perfect wedding.
There was not one thing that we would have wanted to be any different.
The house is perfect for an intimate civil service and we loved the way you helped us seat all of
our special little guests on rugs at the front.
The terrace was a great place for guests to mingle and enjoy canapes before the service and the setting
has meant some truly wonderful pictures.
The big WOW for us was the marquee as we had not seen this until a few weeks before our wedding.
The attention to detail here made it very special and our guests really loved this.
We can really recommend Poundon House to any couple that wish to have a perfect setting and a perfect wedding day.
